Adopt a Dog – Application

Thank you for your enquiry about giving one of our dogs a good home.

Please complete our online application form, alternatively, you can download and print our paper copy and send it to the address on the form or email it to us at: applicationscod@gmail.com

We ask an adoption donation of £450 per dog plus a further £60 for 4 training sessions including one assessment. The donation covers health checks, release fees, foster boarding in Spain, neuter if applicable, passport, rabies, annual vaccinations and travel into Jersey on a defra registered vehicle.
