Cholo needs a break, he has been in kennels for 2 and a half years. He needs out. Please don’t scroll past.He is a pure Bodeguerro ratanero Andaluz. He arrived with pups and the Mum of pups. As happens the pups were homed but not Cholo. He is a lovely chap who would love a home either alone or with another dog, maybe female.
Sophie visited last week and this is what she says - I have made a mix video of Cholo, he’s been at AH a while and he is the dad of the bod pups that were adopted last year. He is a very sweet lad that spent his life on a farm living in the polytunnels with Blanquita. That is the info from his last posting…My update is that he is kennelling with some pups and the very nervous pod mum. They jump all over him and I have only seen him correct them once and that was on my last visit. He’s 7yrs, castrated and has a stumpy tail. He is very human friendly and energtic, very food orientated which should help training.
He does know to ‘sit’ so pliable. I feel he would like to be an only dog and to have all the attention. I wouldn’t place him with kids because he doesn’t know them and he is very active. He needs an active couple or home.We are looking with for a foster, adoption or foster with a view to adopt. Please give his chance
