Rafferty was found with his Mum and siblings under a brick barbecue in a public picnic spot. It was during the heat . He then went into kennels with his family and eventually travelled to Jersey I adopted - his siblings have all found homes.
About RaffertyRafferty grew up in a group and ideally would live an outgoing dog friend to live with. He would be ideally suited to a home with one or two people who work from home or who will limit their time away from him, or who will put an initial care plan in place.
As he settles he is becoming happier and bolder, now that a loving happily on a lead and is housetrained.He is a bodeguerro cross podenco so he is a terrier cross huntiNg dog. So patience and practice with recall (his brothers and sisters have nailed it).
Personality wise he can be shy of people until introduced, but loves a cuddle and time spent with the other dogs in the house.Rafferty personality is more bodeguerro than podenco. Bodegurros are the gentle white terriers so loved in Spain.He is a blank canvas that would love to learn about the world. .
Favorite Activities: He loves to carry a dust pan around in his mouth 
Hanging out with his homies and sleeping on them 
.Why am I looking for a new home? Rafferty has been fostered and his current foster wants to see him find his forever people.
