Please complete our online application form, alternatively, you can download and print our paper copy and send it to the address on the form or email it to us at: applicationscod@gmail.com
We ask an adoption donation of £450 per dog plus a further £55
for 4 training sessions and one assessment.
The donation covers health checks, release fees, foster boarding
in Spain, neuter if applicable, passport, rabies, annual vaccinations and travel into Jersey on a defra registered vehicle.
